2019 marks the first year of the State of K-12 Customer Experience Report.

More than 500 school leaders from across the country signed on to participate in this first-of-its-kind national study examining the state of customer experience in our nation’s K-12 schools. Our research team has assembled an incredibly robust report featuring insights about the quality of customer experience in our schools, the challenges that educators and communities face and the role that exceptional customer experiences play in helping address critical school district challenges.
